It ain't happenin', dude.  However, if i added the magic incantation
<link type="image/ico" rel="icon" href="favicon.ico"> to $DOCROOT/index.html,
it came up just fine, as you can see at the KurtWerks home page. To see
one that doesn't work, have a look at http://www.kurtwerks.com/noicon.html.
