KDE 3.1 stable up for ftp

No such luck, something between my libxml2/libxslt and KDE 3.1 is
broken.  I downgraded to versions 2.4.25 and 1.0.21 respectively as was
recommended in the KDE list archives, but this did no good.  All the
docbook stuff appears to be borked on my machine and won't compile.
