mozilla menubar vanished!?

I've seen my menu bar get hidden.  Right clicking anywhere did no good for
bringing it back.  But there were faint lines where it could be raised by
clicking (they were along the edging where it was hidden).

If you can't find those I'd suggest restarting X to see if it was a
temporary setting.
