What is all this?

Just tracked down a dealer in Texas who had 60 copies of SUSe Linux 7.3 OEM at 
$5. Too good a deal to pass up. I bought 5. Found 7 install and one dvd in 
the package. More to test the cd/dvd combo reader I installed the SUSe on a 
twenty gig partition of a 60gig box I'm building. Now the question. I told 
the install program to load everything (5.9gig). During the install the 
package name and a brief summery flashed by. I notivced an awful lot of 
interesting things, but had no way of recording their names. Is there any 
piece of literature/book that lists these packages and what they do. The 
manual pages only work if you have package name.
