Belive there's more to it than that. The WIN OS will rewrite the mbr leaving 
out Mandrake. You may have to write Lilo to a floppy and write to the 
mbr.Also Win 2000 and XP use NT partitions. While they will convert the fat 
32 partition to NT the Mandrake system might be effected, particularly in 
some Linux functions that allow you to access some of the windows files, like 
MY Files or various photo files,
