Don't know, but McMillan and I agreed to disagree, so I won't be the
author.  They were looking for others.  Publishers have a way of
alienating their writers -- they expect you to hold up your end of the
contract, but they don't hold up theirs.  Both Rob and I feel we should
have sued.  I will write again, after the bad taste is out of my mouth. 
Still working on just publishing on the web and charging for advanced
material (stuff most folks except ISPs or big companies aren't interested
in or need).
