Yea, you've got a sickly number of modules loaded.

That sounds something that is OEM from elsewhere since Cnet isn't a
hardware manufacturer that i've ever heard of.  I remember you mentioning
the tulip module before, so that's what you should use again.  Its
explicitly listed under Network Deice Support -> Ethernet (10/100).

Is that soundcard PCI or ISA?  Anyway, it looks like you'll need the sb
and opl3 modules from the Sound section.
