Not only is mine working flawlessly (RH 7.3), but worked w/o any intervention
on my part, other than:  insert card in slot, insert cat 5 cable into card,
boot laptop.  Card recognized and setup on boot and eth0 connection made
instantly.  Sounds like a PCMCIA problem with SCO distro.
