Worse yet, they get *very* touchy and take it personally if you criticize
the OS. Our support guru was over here answering questions about what
Outhouse was doing wrong the other day. He admitted that it has several
annoying faults (one of which I was looking for a way around). But when I
asked when we'd get some real software to run he started ranting about
"Linux hacker wannabes". My lead suggested that he not get personal about
it and he walked off in a huff.
