Two possibilities come to mind:
1. Package the results of your lengthy install as one or more
tarballs, distribute via ftp or cd, etc. Unpack the tarball(s) on the
target machine and tailor as required.
2. It is possible to package binary packages in an ebuild, so that you
would have the equivalent of an RPM. You could package all the
ebuilds and distribute as above.
3. Peruse the gentoo forum (www.gentoo.org) and ask your question
there. I'm sure someone has done this.
