bah- I can tell you that I'm the only one at SCO silly enough to be 
subbed to this list =) Hey, I guess I like the punishment..

I got this so called spam to another address as well..You got it because:

1) you signed up to be a beta tester at some point for something or
2) you are a developer registered with the developer network at sco

Those are the circumstances Im aware of.
