Constant recieving on cable modem

Everything appears OK, and I don't even have Apache installed. One question
on reading the boot.msg log, when it says something like:

<notice>/etc/init.d/rc5.d/S21personal-firewall.final start
Starting personal-firewall (final) [active]
done

<notice>'/etc/init.d/rc5.d/S21personal-firewall.final start' exits with status
0

That means the firewall is up and running OK, right? I mean, where it says
"<notice>'/etc/init.d/rc5.d/S21personal-firewall.final start' exits with
status 0" , it tells me that the command to start it ran OK. Am I
understanding this correctly?
