Hmmm, you have SuSE Email Server (or something like that), Volution Msg
Server and another one...Arghh!! I can't remember the name......
Bynari!!! That's it. Insight Server (http://www.bynari.net/).
All of them are very similar (IIRC they even use the same opensource
software: postfix + Cyrus IMAP), support Windows and Linux clients and
are somewhat "compatible" with Exchange clients (OutLook).
The only one I've used is Caldera's VMS and I liked it. If you have
OutLook clients (sic) it has an automatic configurator. Just login into
the web interface with the user credentials, click on a button and it
will download a small exe that will setup all the account parameters.
It saves a lot of work.
Features: Webmail (Horde/IMP), web interface (admin and user settings
like vacation, password chage, outlook config, etc), antivirus support,
shared calendar (Free/Busy).
None of this products support all the features of GroupWise (I think
that the closest match would be Lotus Notes).
Oh! There's also another one, the ex-OpenMail, now Samsung Contact:
http://www.samsungcontact.com/en/
And last, you can build your own mail server using free software (but
you won't have the fancy admin tools). :)
Bye!!
