Scanning blue carbon copies

I had a customer who had the same problem and they used the solution
that Jay suggested. In fact, it was the same blue carbon from  airline
tickets... What they did was buy red tented plastic film (Very light red
tent). 

Red+blue=black

The type presentations are given on using overhead projectors.
They taped two pieces of the tented film together at the top using clear
plastic packing tape (The thin kind) and would slip the document into
the resulting red tended pouch. Doing it this way, they could scan both
sides without taking it out of the pouch... They would just flip the
pouch.

They had to play with the setting on the scanning software in order to
get good scans, but once they had that down it was a no-brainer.
