Exactly.  N7 makes the directory ~/.mozilla but doesn't put much in it, 
certainly not even the "default" directory of stuff that 6.2 does.  
This is clearly the place it is hanging (and crashing out of N7).
In the installation notes, netscape tells you to run the -profilemanger 
option on start-up if this acts up, but this option also does zip.

libgdk-1.2.so.0
