Procmail for dummies.

promail could write directly to the system mailbox in /var/mail  or 
/var/spool/mail. you shoudn't need to use smtp to reroute the message. 
Mr. Hungley's sample procmailrc in linux-sxs showed the use of formail 
and "to:" field, tbhough.

> I have been reading up on Procmail and it appears that it can only be used to direct mail locally. I found a "To" function that that could be used to redirect mail, but I also read that this set up is flaky at best.
