this sounds nice in theory. and I'm not knocking anyone here, but people are 
lazy. who's gonna remember to send their problem and rsolution to the list? 
especially if problem and resolution are days apart?

this is exactly why we don't have web-based forums. I cant find a package that 
will exactly mirror the forums to and from this list. if I could, we'd have 
forums in a heart beat. anyone know of any?
