html2ps: A plug

I was just informed by the html2ps people that generation of thumbnails is
automatically done by acrobat 5, the html2ps program doesn't generate them.
However, html2ps must be doing somthing because enscript conversion of text
files followed by ps2pdf doesn't create thumbnails.
