html2ps: A plug

Geez.
This program is much better than its users guide says.
Using the newest version of html2ps
html2ps version 1.0 beta3
And this versio of ghostscript:
Aladdin Ghostscript 6.01 (2000-03-17)
and ps2pdf,
The pdf files not only preserve links and books marks, but thumbnails are
also generated. 
Thumbnails aren't mentioned in the users guide.
I haven't tried embedding images yet, but, I suspect they will work fine,
too.
