mozilla misbehaving

[Net Llama!]

OK, this is quite odd.  I installed Mozilla-1.2a yesterday, and it ran 
just fine.  Today, when i try to run it, it refuses to start the mail 
component, unless i run "mozilla -mail", and then all it starts is the 
mail component.

I've checked ~/.xsession-errors, and there is nothing relevant.  I've 
run it from the command line, and it spits back no errors.

Anyone experienced this one before?
