Just verified this.  Scripts & Plugins appears to be only for JavaScript, 
but it is enabled.  IN "Advanced", "Enable Java" is checked.  In Help 
->About Plugins, java is listed as "Java(TM) Plug-in 1.3.1_02-b02".

Which I believe is the full java that comes with Netscape 7.0.
