Hmm. I haven't run into this problem. I installed the Sun Java as part 
of the full install of 7.0 release. Do you have a different java 
installed that it might be using? Do you have java enabled? 
Edit->Preferences->Advanced and Edit->Preferences->Advanced->Scripts & 
Plugins.
