It's not in the 8.0 betas that I've seen. I suspect this is a question
to ask on the Red Hat lists.

Try it and see? :-)

XFS patches seem to lag behind kernel versions by a bit, so your best
bet might be to apply patches to the kernel source you have. Beyond that,
once you've applied the XFS patches, you should be able to select XFS as
the file system of choice.
