linux-sxs article arrangment

is it a good idea to craete a dedicated section in linux-sxs that talks 
about all kinds of error recovery: forgotten root password, wrong fstab, 
bad sectors on disk .... ? right now, they are being scattered in 
various sections. Even a soft-link would be nice.

Just like in a hospital, you got a ER to take care of the wounded before 
the victim is referred to specialists for proper care. You don't expect 
the victim to look for the right specialist on entering the hospital, right?
