Could it be procmail?
I'm using Caldera's RPM for sendmail, version 8.11.1-4, and procmail, version
3.15-5. I bypassed the procmailrc file that was calling SpamAssassin and my
test message got truncated. So I still don't know whether it's sendmail or
procmail. I was fuzzy on how the two programs interacted when I was setting
up my mailserver and I'm even fuzzier now...
I guess the likely culprit is sendmail.

I can start by updating sendmail...eW3.1.1 has 8.11.6-8. I wonder if that'll
fix the problem. Anyone using sendmail and *not* experience the truncation
problem? What version?

What will happen to my configuration files if I update sendmail? Can I update
it whil the daemon is running?

Regards,
Tim
