gentoo 1.4 beta with gcc3.2 (final)

Final comment.

I've encountered nothing out of the ordinary using GCC3.2, and I now
have everything that I was using converted over and recompiled, except
for OpenOffice which is a binary package that I don't intend to
change.   Note: you get a l-o-t more C/C++ warnings with this compiler
due
to sloppy stuff that the previous compilers let slip through.

So, the 1.4beta is a keeper, and I will continue to run that version.
