Kernel 2.4.19 + preempt + lock break

Supposedly the 2.4.19 was going to be a short lived release with 2.4.20
popping out of no where... so the correct
preempt and lockbreak were never developed for 2.4.19. I've stayed with
2.4.18 with the mentioned patches. 

We're gonna'  have to wait for 2.4.20 to appear.
