Douglas, what I think you need is to throw away the
Baan, PeopleSoft and SAP and replace them with QAD's
MFG/PRO which runs on Progress Software (or Oracle if
you really want it.) Then, after you've saved a
couple of million the first month, you could convince
Sterling to fix the _names_ of their products and port
to Linux.
Why would they name something like:
Gentran:Server for UNIX Workstation
which runs on WinXX only
I don't know what to do with the others but it's a
start.
