This is unfortunate, with a little more patience and some tanacity
she would have over come all. Thgis common with 90% of computer users,
instant gratification, & road of lest ressistance. Being a long way away did not
help either, I have the same problem with my wife's familt, all use winders.
You did try, for that we lift a cold virtual one in your name.
