Attempts to connect to port 80

I did try to upgrade my apache to the newest version. However, the build
I have running is quite different from the build I got when I upgraded,
and there are many incompatible directives in my configuration files
for the newly built apache.
I don't have time to mess with this. I am currently trying to learn
a few tricks in javascript. So, I am blocking port 80 until I get the
spare time to upgrade apache.
