NOT good news.  I've never used Turbo, but their failure [if true], while
not totally unexpected, contributes to a sense that the "business model"
for OSS might ultimately be doomed.
	I know some will argue that by it's very nature, OSS will survive
(Debian, Slack, and others).  But developers have to eat and as
"employers" fail, the plight of some becomes more perplexing.
	let's hope the bleeding stops here.
