dhclient

I don't think so. However, I could write a stepbystep for dhcpcd, although,
not a very good one right now. The problem is that I am not like most
people. I run a caching name server on my gateway machine and don't use the name
servers provided by my ISP. This may be a waste, but, I wanted to learn
about name servers. And, so I don't update my /etc/hosts and
/etc/resolv.conf files with each dhcpcd request, and so on. And, my client
machine serves as the gateway for my little home network. All of this is
unlike most users, and so I would be wasting their time and mine describing
how I do it.
I was hoping to switch to dhclient but easy documentation I cannot find.
I may just stick with dhcpcd, since that seems to be working for now. I
don't want to spend a lot of time fixing something that isn't broken, yet.
There is some info about dhcpcd at this web site, claiming it works for my
service provider (comcast), so I'll hang it there for now.

I thought for sure there would be a howto on dhcp, but I can't find one of
those, either.
