Llama, I like to respect your opinions, even if I don't share them. You
might attempt to do the same.
I dare say that a 6.5k message (which is what Michael sent to me off-list)
is not going to break your email account, seeing as it is only slightly
larger than the average message on this list, many of which are OT as
well. I understand your principle of not receiving unnecessary email, as
I adhere to its cousin: Any email asking to be forwarded doesn't get
forwarded.
Great, the NYT is a reputable company, blah, blah, blah. I demanded
nothing, but kindly requested that the important info be sent around. If
an article is worth posting to a Linux list and it's contents make up only
twice the space as the URL email, it's not that much to ask.
What have they been putting in your Wheaties lately? Don't get so cranky.
Life's too short.
