<OT> W32.Klez.E removal tools

I too recieved it but was running the AVG Free Edition from
http://www.grisoft.com/ which has detected it from day one.  I have had no
infections with it.  A buddy of mine at work has been infected through
McAffee and Nortons (both running on same system and updated)
