Could be worse. Friend of mine wanted a special computer built. He
called Dell and gave them a shopping list of goodies he wanted; they
told him they could build it for him. But, when he told them he wanted
it witkout an OS (had his own copy of Win 2000 (barf, heave, ect.)) they
refused to sell him the computer. Finally ended up getting a mom and pop
shop to build it for him at one third the price Dell wanted for the
machine.
