compiling qt3

Ok I will save that to a .sh script. However one thing you left out is that I 
have to remember to be in root and not sued in <grin>.

BTW do you have one for generic kde ? But they change the install oder don't 
they. I have to do 3.0.1 and started on arts but it karked it on comfigure.
