This one in particular is a compaq 486dx100 in a slim line case.  It just 
does X10 stuff and nothing else.  Just a bit of perversity on my part to 
keep it running, hence no updating.  Geophysically, I'm looked very close 
to two major power lines and right next to the major electrical trunk for 
our area,  benefits of living next to a power plant.  Course, having a ups 
inline doesn't hurt either.
