yeah, i've been running it for 18 months. i wrote it up for 
linuxplanet right after i set it up. it's at:

let it be noted that charter is pretty clueless about a lot of things 
-- they were nimda heaven -- so you're pretty much on your own. also, 
they have never heard of linux.

but once it's set up, it's pretty reliable.
