No, its your hardware.  Sense key errors indicate a hardware failure, in
this case, either the CD drive, cable or controller.  Have you looked in
your messages log lately?

Because that's all it should show.  See the rpm man page for the meaning
of each of those fields, however in this case, the permissions & file type
(mode) have been changed from the original.  This isn't your problem
however.
