Redhat 7.1 and ftpd

It's your decision, of course, and I agree fully with the dictum if it
ain't broke, don't fix it, but some of us might say that Red Hat 7.1 is
borken. I haven't played with RH 7.3, yet, but 7.2 was a clear improvement
over 7.1.
