One thing I noticed was the omission of Ransom Love and the director of
marketing on the list of laid off employees. In the world of high
finance I guess incompetence is an asset. Another omission was that they
failed to mention that 4 months ago Caldera did a reverse stock split.
For every four shares of stock the stock holders got one share. Before
the split the stock was selling at around $.60/share. After the reverse
split stock went to $2.20. Since then the stock has gone to $.73/share,
but the loss is really $2.20 -$73 x 4 /share. But that's what happens
when you turn your company over to graduates of the Enron School of
Business Management.
