Thanks Kurt,

Good source of info. In the interim, I have managed to get a media 
reader springboard that will take up to 128 MB of RAM, which should
alleviate my problems in the interim. Color, speed, would be nice
though as my Laptop (Compaq Armada M700 running SuSE 8, RH7.2, WinXP Home)
is too bulky to take on medical rounds.  (:^))
