libxslt install

Scribbling feverishly on April 30, edj managed to emit:

Well, libxml2 is not the same thing as libxml, which is the problem.
So, just taking a wild guess, I would install a version of *libxml* >=
2.4.17, not *libxml2* >= 2.4.17.
