Ethernet-driver looks for pci-scan.h/kern_compat.h

and I'm looking too. I try to compile a driver for a RE100TX Fast Ethernet 
Adapter (RTl8129/8139-chips). The file re100tx.c wants to include those files.

rpmfind.net finds nothing. Any hints?
