If your income is at risk, its mission critical. That's basically the
definition of mission critical.

Since you have such a relatively small amount of data you might even want
to consider using CDRW's for backup. They are alot more portable than
HD's or tapes, and less likely to get damaged. And certainly alot cheaper
than HD or tape.
