I did something silly and I need to do a reconsile of all the packages RPM says are installed and what is installed

Your SxS (http://linux-sxs.org/rpm.html) was exactly what I needed... I had 
already reinstalled XFree but it was those dozens of unseen / unknown 
packages that had me guessing...
