I did something silly and I need to do a reconsile of all the packages RPM says are installed and what is installed

Sure, I wrote up a SxS for this, long ago (its still relevant). 
Although, I can tell you off the top of my head, that you'e missing all 
of the XFree86 packages, plus anything else that you might have installed.
