mozilla and bookmarks

Has anyone else noticed a problem with mozilla ( I'm using 0.9.9)
recording bookmarks?

It seems that most of the time when you select bookmards - add
bookmark, the bookmark doesn't get recorded.

I find that I must do it several times before it actually gets saved. 
Probably a mozilla bug.
