WEBCAM suggestions?

I just purchased a Philips PCVC690K "Vesta Scan" USB webcam a few days 
ago.  I'm still working on getting it completely functional under linux. 
  It appears to be one of the better supported models under linux.  This 
site will tell you practically everything you need to know about Philips
