kde3 rocks!

Hey, it's gone!  I had KDE3.0 running & whenever I moved the mouse pointer 
near to an icon in say Konqueror the icon moved slightly as if it was trying 
to get away from the mouse pointer. This was making me feel rather sick so I 
unchecked the Animata Icons box in the Control Center Look & Feel -> Icons -> 
Advanced page which stopped this behaviour but now I can't seem to get it 
back.
